A poster is added next to Lex's posters save for the one in Kohlingen and also one is added to Kampo's Storehouse. ![]() Tempus does not win battles - Tempus helps the deserving warrior win battles. War is fair in that it oppresses all sides equally and that in any given battle, a mortal may be slain or become a great leader among his or her companions. War should not be feared, but seen as a natural force, a human force, the storm that civilisation brings by its very existence. A faithful of Tempus are charged to arm all for whom battle is needful, even foes. They should retreat from hopeless fights, but never avoid battle, and slay one foe decisively and bring battle to halt rather than hacking down many overtime and dragging on hostilities. They are to defend what they believe in, lest it be swept away, and remember the dead who fell fighting before them. Above all, they should disparage no foe and respect all, for valour blazes in all, regardless of age, gender, or-race. Tempus looks favourably upon those who acquit themselves honourably and tirelessly in battle, smiting mightily when facing a foe, but avoiding such craven tricks is destroying homes, family, or livestock when a foe is away or attacking from the rear (except when such an attack is launched by a small band against foes of vastly superior numbers). Tempus believes that warrior's should responsibly consider the consequences of the violence they do beforehand and try not to hot headedly rush off to wage war recklessly. On the other hand, Tempus teaches that people with smooth tongues or fleet feet who avoid all strife and have defend their beliefs wreak more harm than the most energetic tyrant raider or horde leader. To those who are not used to war or even those in favor of peace, may view this dogma as barbaric and only a glorified code in which to use to go to war. I, War Knight Roderick Van Eberhart, am here to tell you it is not so. It is a code in which we Tempurans follow to show honor, temperament and discipline in war. Let no blood shed be pointless, let no fury take hold of your mind but instead use fury to bring honor and valor to yourself in battle. I urge those of excessively violent nature co-ordinate hatred into intelligence so that you may see that mindless slaughter, pointless warfare and sporadic murder are abhorrent. I urge all to fight for what they believe in and let no silver tongue discourage your way. Most of all, before considering this dogma I urge you to forget all ideas that there are those lesser than you, be they Tiefling or Aasimar, Hin or Dwarf, Man or Orc, it matters not for -all- warriors true to their heart are all worthy of the Foehammer's favor on the battlefield! In addition, should any wish to be trained in the arts of war and swordsmanship then I would be more than happy to teach you. Should any wish to take up this dogma then I urge you to seek Warlord Malatril, Me or any other war knight; We will show you the path of the warrior. And should this dogma not be for you, seek out those of the Red Knight for they may hold many words of interest. |

The poster in Cordor is ripped off the board quite violently by a large hooded man with a large sword on his back. |
