A well-written note has been submitted to those of authority in Bendir Dale, or tacked to whatever notice board is available within it's borders.

"I, Timothy, seek permission of the residents of Bendir Dale and those who are in it's highest authority to permit myself to stand outside it's gates uninterrupted by it's militia. I harbor no ill intent towards this village, nor do I wish to see it burn. One too many times hath I been disturbed in mine thoughts, provoking none only if by standing silently. This cannot continue, thus why I hath written this document.
If a personal meeting is required for evaluation in regards to acceptance or declination, seek the one who will often stand outside the gates, harmlessly; yet bearing armor as dark as night itself. That wouldst be I, Timothy, and then we shall speak."

It is signed by 'Timothy', indeed.
