[a note is pinned up on a notice board] A word of caution to the folk traveling in the area. Thieving necromancers and highwaymen are not the only threats to the roads of Bendir Dale. There is what appears to be a renegade paladin roaming about, a small woman by the name of Samantha killed a man who bore the symbol of Sharess, completely unprovoked, on the crossroads in Bendir Dale. There were about a dozen witnesses to the event, and any eye witness accounts should be discussed with the Guard. You have been warned. Be safe. Be wary. [The note is not signed] |

A similar statement would be put up in Winya, signed by 'Captain Fara'dome' after she had pondered the notes contents for a few moments. |

*pinned on the board in Cordor* I would like more information on this event, and ideally, I would like it if Samantha would surrender herself for questioning in Kohlingen. For a Paladin to murder in cold blood is unaccaptable, and I have to wonder what more there is to this story. Contacting a random person in the inn is rather impossible unless you want Griff or one of the bar keeps to tell everyone and anyone. Thus I find it pointless and a hassle on your part, Griffs, and my own to contact a mysterious person with no name or calling card in a inn that rests in a large city with many folk coming and going. Please just drop a letter off to myself or one of the Cordorian Guards over when and where yould like to meet, as well some form of way to realize whom you are. *In Bendir Dale, the posting is removed by the guard citing that the person in question has already been banned from entry to the town citing the blatant breaking of Bendir's Law I.* |
