Explosions of magic and the clash of steel on steel filled the night air around the Mimnar Bridge, as a host of defenders attempted to push back a patrol of Slavers. Wave after Wave attempted to pierce the slaver defenses, without much success. The fields surrounding the bridge ran red with the blood of defender and slaver alike. The water even began to take on a reddish hue as some of the fallen corpses, floated around the pillars.
