Posted in the Kobold sections of the Quagmire Caves and L'Obsul, as well as L'Obsul proper, at the ruins of Wyrmhold, at the idol of Tiamat in the coastal cave and at Kampo's Storehouse.

The notice is scribed in Draconic runes on strips of rothe hide.

A Disciple of the Dragon who is of lawful nature and demeanor is sought to provide instruction in flight. Those of Draconic heritage are preferred.

Compensation can be negotiated if required.
