Can be found in Kampos, all around Silent bay and Arachnid Vally. Upon it is a drawing of three decapitated heads laying next to each other faces clearly visible. Two elf males with long hair one Red Headed the other Black Haired, possibly of fiendish ancestry, and the third a long haired drow male with a goatee. Below this Grisly image seems to be written a bit of verse. Evil elves in robes black and red came to the Shrine with words of Dread. The high priestess their threats she did deny. Arrogance and threats the Evil Elves did supply. Evil elves in robes black and red came to the Shrine and soon enough lost their heads. Below the poem is a kiss stained with blue black lipstick or a copy there of at any rate, below in in Abyssal and infernal. And if you think you were beat sound dare to try and come around with vengeful thoughts and evil ways against my kith & kin another day. So that we may teach you what Eilistrees justice is all about. That your wicked souls shall be cut down again and again until not a shred not a spark of your essence goes with out tasting hallowed pain! . |

A dark figure laughs upon seeing the image and reading the caption. "Oh ho ho! That's rich." |

An adolescent moon elf would find and read one of these notices "Hmm.. So that's what all that fuss was about.." |
