This flier is posted a few places. Near the Long and Short of Cordor, near the arena in West Cordor, near the theater in Central and on the door to the old emporium in central. Occasionally, Andrew himself is near the poster in question, performing the function of 'Crier'. A copy is also placed in the temple of Lathander. One final one is posted in the Temple of Love.

Want your children to read and write? Learn about religion? Math? Learn an art? But are unable to pay for a tutor?

Basic education is no longer out of reach. For those who want the merits of education but cannot afford it, Andrew Fryar, a fellow citizen of Cordor (papers available on request) is able and very willing to teach people of all ages the basic skills needed to learn new things and find a sense of independence that all people should be able to afford.

Please write or come in person to Andrew Fryar. I can usually be found in and around Cordor and the Chapel of Lathander in the morning.

Sincerely,
Andrew Fryar
Citizen of Cordor

*Note: Priority given to the most in need

Sir Andrew Fryar,

Involving this I have a few questions I would like to ask you, preferably before you begin. Firstly where shall these lessons be taking place? Are you the only instructor or do you have assistance from someone? What all religions, and languages shall you be offering in these courses? I likely will have more questions, but prefer to ask in person.

Cordorian Guard Adventure Branch

Balfouria Elomyth looks over the notice before commenting to herself.

"This note would prove somewhat useless to those who cannot read to begin with."

She shrugs and moves on.

A woman passing by taps her lower lip thoughtfully at an over heard comment, then frowns at the ensuing laughter. Quietly, she makes her way to the Nomad's Return and sits down with a small kit of inks and brushes in front of her.

Some time later she returns, inked half-parchments in hand, and positions one neatly beneath each of the original postings.

A woman in a white dress, her hair dyed a bright violet, slips into the temple of Lathander, and finding that Andrew is out, quietly leaves a parcel of a few books and a small case of writing paper. With the package a note;

Mr. Fryar,

A book on the topic of numbers for children will be available in limited numbers shortly.
Don't hesitate to leave word for books, paper, ink or if there is any other assistance that can be provided.

Xaviera sends Andrew a note, or speaks briefly with him on meeting him in the street, reminding him that she had previously sent a request to Speaker Maximillian inquiring about the possibility of arranging for him to rent a city building with the eventual aim of establishing a formal school. She mentions that she had asked him at that time to prepare a business plan (along with possible courses and a list of individuals who might serve as teachers) and wonders if he's made any progress putting that together. Finally, she suggests that, "as the wheels of bureaucracy grind slowly", he may also wish to pursue the option of renting from private landlords.
