Found posted outside at Eilistraee's Shrine, at Kampos storehouse, On the road to but NOT IN the Forest and on the road to Winya is a notice scribed in blue ink. Translated into Common, Elven and Undercommon it reads as follows.
Dear friends, family and faithful of Eilistraee I find myself sitting down at my writing desk, considering our goals, dreams and the events constantly transpiring on this little doom magnet of an island. With Cordors wicked Ministry of Magic on the move we need more now then ever to show politeness and kindness to our neighbors, in the dark days that may come we will be fighting with them shoulder to shoulder and bitterness born from pride and an inability to bow our heads and walk away from conflict with them will do us no favors.
Most who fear us and hate us are hardly evil, All are fully justified in their fear and loathing, for the drow are monsters that should be feared and a silver disk with our ladies symbol or is by no means an all encompassing reason to trust us, especially by strangers who do not know us personally. Arguing and demanding fair treatment from people who do not know us, do not trust us and may very well have been terribly hurt by our dark kin is foolish, selfish and dangerous to our cause and our families and friends.
So I implore you who would walk under the sun to swallow your pride, save your fury for the real evils of this world as our lady intends. and remember the words of our dogma, Kindness to all, except in battle with evil & Answer rudeness with kindness.

Alanna reads one of the notices during her usual meanderings about the isle, and cracks a smile.

Written neatly on a small scrap of paper...
Open worship of the Lady is also held at the Temple of Love in Cordor, for those not able to reach the Shrine, or who have yet to be shown the way. I will aid any in reaching the Maiden's land that wish it.
There is a home here for us all, in love and peace.
Aly'dra My'rahel Dark Lady of Eilistraee

Aly'dra My'rahel Dark Lady of Eilistraee On a separate piece of paper, placed directly under this posting, is written:Oh yes! Do not forget about the Temple as well. Take care of the Cordorian laws, of course, but please join us. All who do not seek strife are welcome!

*On the Kempo's Poster*
"Remove your restrictions upon who has a ring, abolish your Banite-like recruiting system and demands that all Drow on the surface worship Elistraee, and then we will consider it.
Till then, you & your group are no better then Banites. Controlling, demanding and forceful in your intent on having all surface drow worship one who holds the blood of the spider queen. The Shrine is not trustworthy, nor are its methods.
I offer you no aid, and hope no others would be fool enough to think your words ring any truth.
-Demaxus Thimble"
*Any onlookers would simply see a hooded male drow walk off, making no attempts to conceal his nature, but enough to deny any his indentity*

Walking by idly, garbed in black and green finery, Jacho watches the figure walk away before turning to read the last post...
Our recruitment system has standards you fool!
Not bothering to sign it he walks back into Kampos.

Right under "Demaxus Thimble's" posting, is left the following:
Sir,
So, you'd like to see spider-kissing Llothites, thieving Vhaerunians, undead-loving Kiaransalites, and slime-worshipping Ghaundans granted access to Cordor? Lovely. I'll also have you know that it matters not who those who ask for rings follow so long as it is not a deity of darkness and/or evil. Rings have been granted to drow who follow Sharess, Lathander, Tyr, Torm, and a myriad of other goodly or non-evil gods. You really should do more research before posting your ignorance for all to see.
Sincerely, Jud'Vardas Kenlyl Seneschal of Eilistraee's Shrine, and the guy who gives out the rings

On one of her trips for supplies Kacha reads Juds retort and laughs herself to tears muttering "Oh Jud, your the best".
