| Post subject: | [Surface Cities: Khem, Ruathym, Amia] Dawnguard Disbanded |
To all surface cities and their citizens: Greetings of the Dawn! As of two weeks ago (August 10th) the Dawnguard are officially disbanded. This does not mean the Temples are closed, to the contrary, Father Redweth of the Cordor Chapel and Lady Si'neela of Nes'ek Temple will continue much as they have in the past. There are still Dawnbringers among you to assist you or see the needs of the citizens. Should you need a Dawnbringer to speak to, there is Dawnbringer Llinyarrii available in Cordor, Dawnmaster Aylomen shall be returning shortly as well. Lady Mengala is also available. We should be fairly easy to identify as most of us are still wearing Lathander's colors. Do not fear, The Church of Lathander is going nowhere. Currently we are in a state of reorganization as we make the adjustment from Dawnguard to full-fledged church and we ask you to be patient. Should you need one of us urgently, please leave a message with either Lady Si'neela or Father Redweth, they can either direct you to a Dawnbringer or contact us with your message. Those of Lathander wishing companionship of others of Him, please feel free leave a message also, one of us will contact you promptly. We will keep the populace informed of developments concerning the future of the Church. May your Dawnrise be bright and refreshing, ~Dawnbringer Llinyarrii ~Dawnmaster Aylomen ~Lady Mengala Whiteheart |

The worst kind of being passes by the notice board in Cordor, spotting the new posting. "So one church is aborted while another begins. Ah, so much work to do..." Theios would chat with the local fence, one of his few long term friends on the island, before going away to hurt something. |

"The Church of Lathander was never in doubt. The Dawnguard was a militaristic organization, not a direct sect of the Churches. Do not make it seem as though you three are the sole benefactors of all Lathanderian Worship, please. -Sasha Mah'angelice, Current High Priestess of Lathander" *in addition, copies of the postings are sent directly to Si'neela and Redweth, in case they did not already know of their names being used* |

We do question just who you might be as we have had the bulk of responsibility of the Church for some time and have not heard of you. We never claimed -benefactors-, Lathander is the Benefactor and the people through our ministering... if you wish to be the High Priestess, though there is no such title in the church, I will gladly give you all the paperwork and headaches that go with it. ~Dawnbringer Llinyarrii *as pernormal Redweth and Si'neela are always informed of Dawnguard and now former Dawnguard member's action* |

Dear Dawnbringer Llinyarrii, It seems that you believe that all those that serve the Dawn Lord /must/ be members of your particular faction. I am merely pointing out that that is not true. I can understand how you may not have heard of me since not only am I a simple healer spreading Lathanders light here in Amia. I understand that your particular group has been busy out near Wiltun assisting those needing aid at Father Darians asylum. As for the title I prefer to use terms that are better understood by the general public so that they might know I am a priestess and healer. I consider this work an honor. I regret that I will not be able to meet you in person as I am just now headed out with Priestess (Dawnbringer) Bria Kane, her husband Nick of the Order of the Aster and her brother in law Kamryn for a visit to a Lathander Temple on the mainland. ~ Sasha Mah’angelice |

The Church did not fall, the Dawnguard did. Master Slifer. Lady, all the Dawnguard ever did was serve the Church you claim membership to, yet you disparage them, you should be ashamed of yourself for intentionally bringing insult to them. They were not as you imply, they served Lathander and the Church. That you did not also submit to the Church does not do you any credit, nor support your claims to be High Priestess. ~Dawnbringer Llinyarrii //Faction is an OOC term, please find a better word |

When but one person prays to the morning lord, his zeal can be felt and a fire burns within to spread his light. When two join in his name, a thousand angels will hail his name and proclaim a victory above all else as the sun rises. When three take part in this vigil, the heavens quake at the sounds of praise in resonating tones of glory. Be it Dawngaurd, Lathanderan, paladin, dawnbringer, citizen, lay person, commoner, or noble, the church body remains. Si'Neela and Redweth remain for our guidance and I am sure in the true spirit of Lathander invite all to strive foreward with zeal to spread his word. Be it in groups by oneself, organized or at moment's notice it is -His- call that rings above all. I, Mengala Whiteheart, paladin of Lathander, beckon all to kneel at first light, pray for the day's challenge to be given, and go with zeal in his name. We are identified by many by our symbol, the rising sun on the horizon, the symbol of our lord. Let this symbol resonate to all of what it represents, hope in the new day. With Lathander we understand one may fail, organziations may crumble, and the path in life is not certain, but we also know that bridges are built, hope is in sight and we learn and correct. We shall continue under SiNeela and Redweth, and I will never end my journey until -He- calls me home. Mengala Whiteheart |

Redweth and Si'neela take no part in the bickering. Both of them also remind curious authors that neither of them were ever part of this 'Dawnguard'. |

No one said they were part of the Dawnguard, but were spiritual leaders to all Lathanderans. //this post was to officially state for all the Dawnguard was disbanded but the church was going no where, apparently those were fighting words. Sorry I bothered to confirm what all had heard by rumor, since it caused issues. Please lock! |

*whereever the postings are with this bickering* I would not waste any more time on this arguement. The "high priestess" presents no credentials and refuses to meet. It is probably someone making up a title in order to shake things up. If you want to argue, meet in person and do it in private. If you do not have the simple courage to face those who you accuse or are accused by face to face, shut it be. It's not my place to remove postings here but I would recommend that any other messages that have a problem or cause a problem, are removed and handled in person and the message about how to contact the dawnnbringers left up to serve it's purpose. -Karindi |

A rather bored man dressed in really dark grey and really dark green finery stumbles by the 'bickering'. After spending his time reading through all the responses he takes his leave... of course, not before leaving his own reply All worship the Black Hand and stop bitching through pieces of parchment and vellum! Yours truly, -Banite |

Yours truly, -Banite The note finds itself vandalized by way of a sentance placed upon it: Cease parroting the pathetic beliefs of Bane. He is unworthy of recognization. Do yourself a favor and find a real deity to worship. |
