The Blake Compendium of Strategy, scribed by a careful hand and bound in a simple cover has now been delivered to any library on the surface that would accept it. There is no charge for the book. It is delivered by its author, Vincent Blake, without much parade.
The Libraries are instructed that, if they provide such services, they are free to provide a copy for anyone that desires it for a private library or whatever other purpose. There is also no charge for this, save for anything the library in question itself might demand for its services. The only stipulation is that the text remains unchanged in any way.
