My friends, It is unfortunate that we must say farewell to one of our associates, Aisling from Uhm. I had hoped that what had happened with the Triumvir paintings wouldn't affect business, but her slinging of libel and insults is, sadly, too much for the company. I wish her well in her future endeavors and hold no ill will against her. No worry, though! We have already found another who can grow quite the supply of papyrus for our paper needs. Additionally, we have a few new orders! As always, you're all doing wonderfully and I appreciate all the work you put into making Copper Industries the dependable business that it is. Tanning solution would ruin it. However, I know that I can accomplish the task if I have access to a writing desk. Most I've seen on this island come with a set of tools that you can get out of the drawers for doing such. ~Eli |

Eli, That's strange. I was specifically told that one can use leather and a curing trough to create paper. That's quite all right, though. We've gotten many orders for paper and I'm merely trying to find other ways to complete the current bulk. We already have people growing papyrus and using the writing desks to make paper that way. Associates, I have updated the assignments list! Also, I'm putting a hold on orders for paper until we get caught up with our current orders. The first hundred-page order is complete, but we have four hundred pages more to process. One of our clients is offering double pay for a quick delivery, as well. If any of you know someone who can assist in this, please feel free to seek their help - they will be paid for their time and offered a job with a salary. In addition, we are going to start gathering building materials. Emilly, I believe this is your field of expertise! Check the assignment list for all things we'll need. A uniform for members will also be discussed. Speak with Velden if you have any ideas. I'm going to ask him to draw up a design for formal suits when we do business. Thank you all, as always! Zelly |

Zelly, After making a trip to visit the gnomes of Forrstakkr, I've managed to convince one of them to continue the apprenticeship that I began in Athkatla. He's shared with me the rudimentary crafting of Umber Hulk Plate and I believe I can reproduce it within a few attempts. I will however need Steel Ingots (easy enough to get) and Umber Hulk Hide (not so easy) for each attempt. Ranny |

Everyone, All associates should be on their best behavior within Wiltun. The jarldom looks favorably on Copper Industries right now, and as a result all associates are given certain privileges within its walls. Associates, should they make the mistake of crossing the guards, may be granted leeway in terms of punishment or number of warnings before removal, due to positive relations. In addition, all correspondence related to Copper Industries is given free use of the Wiltun notice boards without having to seek approval from Master Parrico. Associates shouldn't take advantage of this generosity, though, unless you intend to sign your notices with a note that you are working for Copper Industries in doing so. I don't know if any of you will ever have the opportunity to take advantage of this, but I thought I'd tell you, since it also means future notices released by me will be made available there. As a side note, keep looking for people who know how to grow papyrus. We need even more of them! Lastly - I'm looking to promote someone! I need an assistant to help with paperwork and with organizing, taking, and delivering orders. Any of you can take orders from people who meet the requirements put forth in our mission statement, of course, but I need someone who's willing to go a bit further and help me get word out there that we're here for people to make orders and requests. Applications for the Director of Promotion position are now being accepted! Simply write out a little bit about yourself, what you intend to do as the Director of Promotion, and why you think you'll be able to do the job!
