*in a flowing script, written three times, once in Drow, once in Undercommon, and lastly in Common*
Qu'ellar Rah d'Aphyon is looking for a competent person(s) to find a large enough piece of real property to rebuild the compound that was lost in a cave-in near Gaullidurth. No scam artists need apply, should you, it'll be the last scam you pull. Seek out Ilharess Ssin'urn or Cress to arrange a meeting time for an interview and possible viewing of available properties.
Leave a message at the abandoned shop near the market in Edonil.
