The posters hang on the information boards across all the surface cities, especially Cordor, Wiltun, Uhm, Wharftown, Kohlingen, Howness, Endir's Point, Dejedet, Nes'ek etc.

Letters with the descriptions and the briefings of the incidents are sent to the offices of Guards in those towns and to Triumvir.

Citizens of all civilized cities and towns!

Today in Wiltun two different people tried to rob me when I was selling goods by one of the stands.
I provide detailed descriptions of them to make you aware there are thieves among us, who not only hide in the shadows, but try to steal from honest merchants.

First one was a man dressed in brown cloak with a brown hood.
He is tall, well built, and smells of the most vulgar scents. Speaking to him, I noticed he had tusks, frightfully sharpened, however the left one was chipped at the end. I had not seen his eyes, they were covered in shadows.
He tried to intimidate me to give up a necklace after refusing to pay the price for it. When I said no, he threatened me saying that the price will be my life.

Second was a woman, who tried to steal from my backpack in front of Hasmuth the merchant, the Guard and Revian, the elf (among other fine people names I do not know).
As she remained in Wiltun for a while before the attempt, I can provide a detailed description:
Around five foot seven,
small, pointy horns on her head,
crooked teeth, one rotten visible while she smiles,
a faint scent of sulphur,
skinny, yet athletic,
speaks with a recognizable accent and shouts out she is a Tiefling.

As she attempted pickpocketing, I caught her and then she tried to run, yet was held by Hasmuth. While I was speaking to the Guard who wanted to release her on her honest word, she bit Hasmuth and he knocked her out in self defence. When that happened, I carried her limp body to Lord Wiltun in the Keep and he agreed with Ashard to lock her in the cell for the time of being unconscious at least.

(OOC note: all the interactions between the woman thief and my toon were carried out with the permission and on agreement of both players, the npcs were roleplayed out by us as well <Hasmuth and Ashard were rpied by psychofunkk, Guard by me>

Kaci comes across the one in Wharftown and reads it, her eyes narrowing at a particular description. A quiet growl escapes her throat before she takes a deep breath and blows it out slowly, brushing a hand through her hair.

She continues on her way with a few quietly growled words under her breath, toying with the worg teeth on her ever-present necklace....

"Stupid .. Boar."

Dear Sir, I would gladly do this, if you were around at the time being. It was reported to the Guard, as you could read in the poster, if you would be so kind and read it carefully. I do not know, why you tore down the warning, leaving your people not aware of those two and their actions. I am sending you the descritpions of the thieves.

After leaving the letter to Calin, Tasirin hangs a poster -outside- Wiltun, by the elevator from the boat.

A not is added to the poster in Bendir Dale.

"I was attacked by the creature with tusks here in the Dale, but it seems that one of the druids took care of the creature in the forest."

A rather irrate looking Kaci sees the note in the Dale and quickly leaves a note of her own , then goes around to look for any more posters in other cities that are still up and leaves the same note on them....

If you have been attacked by the one with tusks it is very important that you go to a healer right away to be looked over, or come find me, I can usually be found in Amia forest. I am the one with the cloak of Nobanion and the feathers and teeth necklace.

Belalad is seen reading the notice, than shortly afterwards sending a messanger away with a letter.

There is a note left under Kaci's message

Dear Miss,
fortunately I have avoided any fights, especially the incident took place in Wiltun, which punishes starting fights within the walls. Thank you for your concern and the information. I am a healer myself, so if anyone needs help, I can be found around the Forest of Amia or travelling through the Frozen Wastes.
