Snobbles is seen placing signs at both entry points and next to the transition of wood to snow at the port, They Read:

"Any of you Cultist, Lothlites, Slavers, Cyricist and Banites are not welcomed in Endir's point, We catch you, You're dead. People wearing their colours who claim they're not, will still be asked to leave, unless they can prove they're not what they are wearing. Any Hostile action towards Endir's point or any of it's defenders will be met with deadly force.
*In smaller letters* Anyone who tempers with these sign, I'll hunt you down and kick your ass, End of Story.
