My name is Sebastian Rypofe, a cleric in the service of Mystra. It has come to my attention that a number of the faithful of the Lady of Mysteries has come to call Kohlingen their home. Therefore, it is my desire to conduct a public service in the name of Mystra within the city limits, near the wizard's tower in the square. I have asked several folks if there were any particular laws regarding public preaching, and have read the publicly posted laws of the city. It has been suggested I contact the clergy of the Triad for clarification. Are there any rules or regulations regarding public preaching? Is a permit required? I want to ensure that any services that are conducted are done so within the laws and regulations of the Holy City of Kohlingen.
