This short request is posted in Barak Runedar, Winya Ravana, the Forrstakkr Testing Range, Howness, Endir's Point, Kohlingen and Bendir Dale, where it is written in both Elven with far greater ease and elegance than the stiff Common translations.

The posting wrote:
    I require the skills of an engineer who is willing to undertake a small-scale commissioned project with particular and specific requirements. Experience with lenses is preferred. Fee at your discretion.
