A man in simple brown robes and hood can bee seen posting these notices up. They read...
Looking for a knowledgable person who knows about different kind of explosives. Big, or small, I want to to learn of them all. Whether you are a trained alchemist, or just know a few things, contact me by replying to my notices, I shall check them regularly.

The notices are regulary replaced by the same brown robed man.

The notices begin to spread further in Amia, being put up in Wharftown, and Uhm.
