Xaviera, Priestess of Sharess, is seen in various places around town, chatting with merchants, common folk, travellers and the few prostitutes that can still be found. Particularly in the southern and western parts of town she is often accompanied by a member of Sympathy for South Cordor.* Carrying a wooden stylus and a pair of leather-bound waxed tablets for taking notes, she introduces herself with a cheerful, winning smile.
"Hello, I'm Xaviera, Mistress of the Temple of Love, and I was wondering if you might have a few moments to spare? I just wanted to ask you a few questions about the Temple. You don't have to answer if you don't want to."
With minor variations, the questions are as follows:
"Have you ever visited the Temple of Love? What did you think? And will we have the pleasure of your company again soon?"
"If you've never visited us, why not?"
"Are there any additional services you'd like us to provide?" (If someone is interested in sexual services or brothels, she'll reply "I'm sorry, but we can't help you there. We don't have the space to offer those in privacy, and as we are a family establishment we can't offer them in our public areas." If the questioner seems hostile or negative about the idea or accuses the Temple of being in fact a brothel, she'll reply "I'm sorry if you may have been misinformed, but we are a family establishment and our charter from the Commonwealth Council does not permit us to offer such services.")
"One of the things we at the Temple hope to accomplish is to make your life a bit more pleasant and enjoyable by providing you with a place to relax and be at ease with friends and like-minded people. Speaking of Cordor in general, is there anything you would like to see improved that would make your life in our city more pleasant, safe or healthful? Or, alternatively, is there any thing or place in the city that you think in particular is unhealthy or dangerous and that should be addressed to protect citizens and visitors?"
"If you live in town, or stay over night from time to time, are you satisfied with the quality of your lodgings?"
"What about the quality of the food and drink in our taverns, inns and eateries?"
"If you were injured or ill and happened to be in town, where would you go for help? If to a temple, which one?"
"Are you a resident of the city of Cordor?"
"Are you a citizen?"
"Thank you so much for your time." She smiles pleasantly. "I really appreciate it. I do hope you'll consider dropping by the Temple of Love (again) one day!"

The half gold dragoness Jordis is the unfortunate one to get caught up and asked, but she stops and answers anyway. Her dog sits near by, wagging his tail idly.
1. Have you ever visited the Temple of Love? What did you think? And will we have the pleasure of your company again soon? Only once. For whatever reason, I let someone (though I don't recall who now) con me into letting them practice their shoulder massaging on my back before my wings came in. I don't think I really thought much of it at the time (I can't honestly say I paid that much attention), but I don't think I'll go back. Personal reasons, nothing against the temple itself. I don't think there's anything wrong with it.
2. If you've never visited us, why not? ----
3. Are there any additional services you'd like us to provide? I can't rightly say. I do remember thinking that having some juice or something available would've been nice after getting my shoulders mauled. Someone who visits more frequently might have a better idea.
4. Speaking of Cordor in general, is there anything you would like to see improved that would make your life in our city more pleasant, safe or healthful? Or, alternatively, is there any thing or place in the city that you think in particular is unhealthy or dangerous and that should be addressed to protect citizens and visitors? *Jordis just kind of looks around, then shrugs. She doesn't seem too apt to speak about it.*
5. If you live in town, or stay over night from time to time, are you satisfied with the quality of your lodgings? I'm pretty content with my apartment, yes.
6. What about the quality of the food and drink in our taverns, inns and eateries? I don't typically eat in the city, I usually just make everything at home. It's cheaper and usually tastes the way I want it too. Everything in the city is too sweet or covered in too much salty sauce. But, that's just my own personal preference.
7. If you were injured or ill and happened to be in town, where would you go for help? If to a temple, which one? I wouldn't. I have other resources I use. Usually my own skill. Again, it's nothing against the city itself. It's just personal. The Lathander temple is actually quite nice, so if I was really desperate, maybe there.
8. Are you a resident of the city of Cordor? I'm a resident.
9. Are you a citizen? No.

Samantha smiles as she gets caught up by Xavi and her companion.
1. Have you ever visited the Temple of Love? What did you think? And will we have the pleasure of your company again soon? A few times to speak with you, Xavi. I thought it was pleasant, but not somewhere I would frequent alone.
2. If you've never visited us, why not? ----
3. Are there any additional services you'd like us to provide? Masseuse lessons could be a good idea?
4. Speaking of Cordor in general, is there anything you would like to see improved that would make your life in our city more pleasant, safe or healthful? Or, alternatively, is there any thing or place in the city that you think in particular is unhealthy or dangerous and that should be addressed to protect citizens and visitors? Huh. *Samantha smiles and shrugs* Too many things to list, probably.
5. If you live in town, or stay over night from time to time, are you satisfied with the quality of your lodgings? Yes.
6. What about the quality of the food and drink in our taverns, inns and eateries? Yes.
7. If you were injured or ill and happened to be in town, where would you go for help? If to a temple, which one? Waukeen.

Following the recent announcement of her candidacy for Minister of Public Health and Welfare, Xaviera continues polling citizens and visitors alike in all quarters of the city in an effort to determine what concerns are uppermost in the minds of Cordor's populace.

~A certain hin responds~
1. Have you ever visited the Temple of Love? What did you think? And will we have the pleasure of your company again soon?
Yes, I have, I think it was fantastic, and I'll sure you'll be having the pleasure soon enough.
2. If you've never visited us, why not?
I did, Irrelevant, also cake.
3. Are there any additional services you'd like us to provide?
Not ones I can publicly announce, other than aforementioned cake, and maybe a spanking booth.
4. Speaking of Cordor in general, is there anything you would like to see improved that would make your life in our city more pleasant, safe or healthful? Or, alternatively, is there any thing or place in the city that you think in particular is unhealthy or dangerous and that should be addressed to protect citizens and visitors?
Have you ever seen the canal water? it's disturbing.. also I think it's evolving into sentience, maybe some sort of cake-based life form.
5. If you live in town, or stay over night from time to time, are you satisfied with the quality of your lodgings?
I am, you should come over sometime Xavi, I still have to give you an in depth tour of my shackles.
6. What about the quality of the food and drink in our taverns, inns and eateries?
Could be improved, with cake, and also cake-like things. Other than canal-water.
7. If you were injured or ill and happened to be in town, where would you go for help? If to a temple, which one?
I'd come to you of course, what question is that? You've seen like everything, battle wounds, love wounds, diseases frankly, I have never heard of before and which scare the living daylights out of my hooter.
8. Are you a resident of the city of Cordor?
Yes
9. Are you a citizen?
I do not have documentation as of yet.

Tuomas smiles and takes the time to reply:
1. Have you ever visited the Temple of Love? What did you think? And will we have the pleasure of your company again soon?
I have visited the temple a couple of times in my passings through and may well visit again for relaxation purposes. It was quite an enjoyable experience to be able to sit and relax in a nice warm bath, even given my scars.
2. If you've never visited us, why not?
3. Are there any additional services you'd like us to provide?
I can't think of any specific services your Temple could provide to be honest that are not already availible, but that's me. I do admit though that your impromptu assistance explaining certain matters to Miss Tally was, again quite a boon of assistance.
4. Speaking of Cordor in general, is there anything you would like to see improved that would make your life in our city more pleasant, safe or healthful? Or, alternatively, is there any thing or place in the city that you think in particular is unhealthy or dangerous and that should be addressed to protect citizens and visitors?
This is a question I'd need some time to think on but I'd be more then happy to try to think of something that will help. As for dangerous or unhealthy places in the city, the Sewers would be the closest thing but of course for this city there does need to be a sewer network.
5. If you live in town, or stay over night from time to time, are you satisfied with the quality of your lodgings?
The lodgings I can find temporarily residing in the Nomad should I have to are more then adequate.
6. What about the quality of the food and drink in our taverns, inns and eateries?
I cannot complain about the quality of food or drink in Cordor's taverns inns and the like, though admittedly I'm not too fussy an eater. Though between you and me I don't like turnips.
7. If you were injured or ill and happened to be in town, where would you go for help? If to a temple, which one?
It'd depend on the situation, and where I was within the city. Most likely, I would try to make for the Hospice, Temple of Lathander or Temple of Waukeen in that relative order.
8. Are you a resident of the city of Cordor?
Not particularly.
9. Are you a citizen?
Not as yet but it's something I've been rolling about with in my mind for some time, yet to no avail on a final answer.

Xavi might recognize Daniel Makie as he answers
1. Have you ever visited the Temple of Love? What did you think? And will we have the pleasure of your company again soon? "I use to be a regular visitor when I was married. Since that ended I've not been back since I've got the memories attached to it. So you may not see me anytime soon. *smirks ruefully* Though watch out for my son when he gets into his teens. I'm sure he'll be breaking some hearts"
2. If you've never visited us, why not? N/A
3. Are there any additional services you'd like us to provide? "Hmm....well when Danny was younger I would have suggested a daycare *chuckles* But I'd say that you've what most people need and want"
4. Speaking of Cordor in general, is there anything you would like to see improved that would make your life in our city more pleasant, safe or healthful? Or, alternatively, is there any thing or place in the city that you think in particular is unhealthy or dangerous and that should be addressed to protect citizens and visitors? *lips would twist into a grimace* "Have the City Guard raid and demolish the Sanctuary of Sin. Give the baddies one less place to hide"
5. If you live in town, or stay over night from time to time, are you satisfied with the quality of your lodgings? "I've a home elsewhere but when I stay Griff gives find comfort at the Nomad"
6. What about the quality of the food and drink in our taverns, inns and eateries? "Master Chen at Okappa is a family favorite. My son can't get enough of his cupcakes. He' been eating them since he was born. I swear if he even closes done Danny would have a fit. *snorts softly* Course he could just go see his Aunt Renais for a batch of her's I guess. *smirks* That makes me think if you are looking for something to add to the Temple you might try to coax Master Chen to setup shop there"
7. If you were injured or ill and happened to be in town, where would you go for help? If to a temple, which one? "I'm not picky if I'm not strong enough to choose. However if well enough to get there under my own power it would be the Temple of Lathander. The Dawnspeaker Renais, as I mentioned, is a friend"
8. Are you a resident of the city of Cordor? "No. Born here but I live elsewhere"
9. Are you a citizen? "Like I said I'm born here so here my papers stand"

*Yaston would answer the question in a polite manner.*
1. Have you ever visited the Temple of Love? What did you think? And will we have the pleasure of your company again soon? I have visited the temple twice. My first visit was at the opening ceremony of the temple and the second one was brief visit. It looks nice, but definitely not my place. Please do not consider it as an offense, but I have my duties elsewhere.
2. If you've never visited us, why not?
3. Are there any additional services you'd like us to provide? I'm sorry, bu I doubt that it is a relevant question to my person.
4. Speaking of Cordor in general, is there anything you would like to see improved that would make your life in our city more pleasant, safe or healthful? Or, alternatively, is there any thing or place in the city that you think in particular is unhealthy or dangerous and that should be addressed to protect citizens and visitors? I would rather not answer to this question, since my opinion would not be welcome here.
5. If you live in town, or stay over night from time to time, are you satisfied with the quality of your lodgings? I rarely visit the city and those are just brief visits. I would not stay here over night.
6. What about the quality of the food and drink in our taverns, inns and eateries? The quality of the food and drink is good! One can hardly complain about that.
7. If you were injured or ill and happened to be in town, where would you go for help? If to a temple, which one? I have my own skills to tend my injuries and as a paladin, thanks to the grace of the Triad, I can hardly become ill. If I would have no other choice, then I may seek out Nurse Hatchet of the Lathanderite Chapel.
8. Are you a resident of the city of Cordor? 9. Are you a citizen? *It is doubtful that anyone would ask that from Yaston, but if anyone would, then he would definitely consider the last two question as a joke.*

Yudann Am'Anodel gives his reply while passing through:
1. Have you ever visited the Temple of Love? What did you think? And will we have the pleasure of your company again soon? Oh, yes, plenty of times. I was already pleased with the earlier bath-house but this temple is even nicer. I'll be coming around, rest assured.
2. If you've never visited us, why not? Pineapple.
3. Are there any additional services you'd like us to provide? I'd love a fruit-stand or something. Long stays in there get me hungry.
4. Speaking of Cordor in general, is there anything you would like to see improved that would make your life in our city more pleasant, safe or healthful? Or, alternatively, is there any thing or place in the city that you think in particular is unhealthy or dangerous and that should be addressed to protect citizens and visitors? Cordor's been doing well lately, though there's always going to be corruption and power-drunk guards in every town. I'd be careful around West Cordor and in the Arena, easy to get caught up in something there.
5. If you live in town, or stay over night from time to time, are you satisfied with the quality of your lodgings? Yes. Then again, I guess us drow males are used to having much worse. *Smiling face drawn, with pointy ears.*
6. What about the quality of the food and drink in our taverns, inns and eateries? Different, but good. And large amounts of it, as well as large selection.
7. If you were injured or ill and happened to be in town, where would you go for help? If to a temple, which one? Depending on the injury or illness. For things like muscle-aches and strains, Temple of Love. Open wounds, cuts and serious injuries, Temple of Waukeen. Anything more serious, then I'd not stay in Cordor.
8. Are you a resident of the city of Cordor? Nope.
9. Are you a citizen? Not that either.

Now that the election has been announced, Xaviera focuses on asking people about Cordor specifically, though if they want to comment on the Temple of Love she's happy to accept feedback. She also asks the questions in a slightly different order. 1. Is there anything about Cordor you would like to see improved that would make your life in our city more pleasant, safe or healthful? Or, alternatively, is there any thing or place in the city that you think in particular is unhealthy or dangerous and that should be addressed to protect citizens and visitors?
2. If you were injured or ill and happened to be in town, where would you go for help? If to a temple, which one?
3. If you live in town, or stay over night from time to time, are you satisfied with the quality of your lodgings?
4. What about the quality of the food and drink in our taverns, inns and eateries?
5. Are you a resident of the city of Cordor?
6. Are you a citizen?

"the keep is sufficiently adequate... "
6. What about the quality of the food and drink in our taverns, inns and eateries?

"The temple of the dawns light, my friends are there."
8. Are you a resident of the city of Cordor?
"No, the holy city is my home"
