This is posted everywhere surface side -except- Tarkuul To those that have issue or umbrage with the Eternal Order of Kelemvor; I wish to speak to any who would allow it regarding these issues, as a fellow faithful of Kelemvor who is yet neutral in this strife. If you have proof of claims, such would be invaluable. If any are willing to meet with me, please send a Speedy at your convenience. Whisper Spell archer of Kelemvor |

Any removed are diligently replaced by an extremely pale young woman, long blue-silver hair lofting even when no breeze is present. At her side walks a large, well-muscled panther, and she carries a longbow, with robes of white and sky blue. If she's seen, she offers a bland, pleasant smile. |

*a note is pinned to the letter found in cordor* I'd love to discuss these things with you. You can find me in Cordor. - Janna |

If Malandria meets her when trying to replace the letters, she would politely ask her to place them elsewhere, since all the Eternal Order fuzz in the last weeks and every second person trying to involve him or herself has caused enough trouble already. Should the woman not listen Malandria would destroy the letter the moment she places it out of hand. |

A quiet reminder that being a gathering place of many people has the unfortunate side effect of increasing the number of people in an area is all that the woman offers. That, and a stack of fliers. It would seem that she has every intention of making them available, however that needs to happen. However, she ponders as an aside that a few taped up on trees are probably not as litterish as having to scatter them to the winds and hope they're seen, and wonders how it is the druids haven't managed to figure that out yet. |

The Rangers on patrol would find the occasional scattered note and retrieve and dispose of them properly. |

They seem a lot more than 'Occasional'ยจ...almost as though the wind is blowing them into the forest by the sheaf. |

Crow plays 52 pickup in the forest...gathering the litter. "Nice, now I don't have to use leaves for a while." |

Upon seeing the excessive garbage by the acclaimed "neutral" party in the matter, Barris see's to it that any papers are picked up along his patrols, and should such a person be seen posting or littering the garbage, he would impolitely have them leave the forest. |

She is not seen in the forest, save in occasionally passing through on her way elsewhere, and is not passing them out on those occasions. |
