Returning from travels and giving you a chance to bloom under her tutelage is no other than the beautiful and talented Juliette DeLorai, the bardess who's poems inspired her partner Johanna Hardingale to become the new mayor of Bendir Dale! Music and Arts DeLorai, Juliette DeLorai's Courses in the Bardic Arts!

Only three individuals will be able to gain the chance to learn from this stunning hin lass in this semester of the Triumvir. If you wish a chance transform from a turnip into a rose yourself and learn unique bardic songs, then apply for a position now. The entry fee is 50.000 gold. Required is a poem or song of your own making, a list of achievements that demonstrate your talent, and naturally an essay of considerable skill to wipe honey around my mouth so I will pick you above all others.

"Bes' artists in Amia, eh? Heh. bes', the inside of me bum. I'm no' buyin' such an outlandish claim." *Toby exclaims. He then leaves one of his finer posters by the sign.

A brilliant work of a pixie with glittering wings playing a violin whilst standing upon a fuzzy looking cat tail near some shimmering water. To a skilled eye, the glitter effect on the wings as well as the shimmering of the water's surface were achieved was achieved through the application of appropriately colored fine gem dust added to the drying paint.*
