Sometime past mid-day a cream and green-garbed man wanders into the commonwealth Hall, in Cordor East. Politely waiting in line to speak with the Clerk Franton he taps his fingers along metal stave. He had a pair of silver rimmed circular lensed spectacles. Salt-and-pepper graying-brown hair. Somewhat youthful face, approximately thirty years or so of age were one to guess. Finely spoken diction, with a faint accent. "Pardon me sir, but I am interested in becoming a Citizen of the Commonwealth. My surname is Mentaki. Might you direct me to the means or forms one might fill out? I have heard of such things and I am interested in becoming a part of the Commonwealth, lending my skills to help the citizenry of this fine city." |
