*Citizens of Cordor would find the Chapel of Lathander to be quite devoid of the various friendly Dawnguard that once inhabited it. Father Redweth, Nurse Hatchet, and a few others can be found still present, tidying up the Chapel and taking care of any business that would happen to step in.
Witnesses might report seeing numerous Dawnguard take leave with large amounts of equipment slung over their backs.*

The redheaded Captain of the Guard attends one of the quiet sunrise services, and has a hushed conversation with Father Redweth after morning prayer is concluded. It was a polite and kind, if brief, meeting before the guardswoman left the chapel to go about her business.
