Near a sign left at the junction west of Aighsted, some bird seed is left, as well as a rolled parchment with a simple bow upon it.

Within it a simple writ is scrawled.

"Dear Glade-wardens Eldainia, Zortak,

I Magus Mentaki, have been tasked by the Headmaster of the Monolith of Mystra in discerning certain magical influences which are causing malady amongst the flora, fauna, and terrament of the isle of Dun Caraigh. I seek council with you to discuss further things privately on these matters. Being dis-suited to the wilds, I would appreciate it if you could contact me at the Monolith.

Sincerely yours,

Magus 'Mentaki
