A kobold dressed in blue and gold, wearing the symbol of Bahamuth can be seen walking through the Salandran grounds, taking behind him by lead only an old blind human man with his familiar dragon muttering behind him.

The two enter the mental ward, the old man settles down in the waiting room with his familiar watching over him, reading from an old grey tome with a skull riddened with scrolls decorating it, muttering constantly about "Sanctioners".

The kobold meanwhile attempts to find a Salandran nurse to work on the no longer working sanity of the man.
