*not only pinned to trees and the like and some might perchance have one hit them in the face blowing in the wind catching there attention abrubtly. A very official and proper notice written in a schooled pen and having the Horsemen seal at the bottom*It has come to our attention and we have official evidence linking the Thayan enclave to the slave trade. It is the duty of the Horsemen to issue a warrant dead or alive(kill on sight)effective immediately!! This "Lethal Warrant" is for any enclave member we encounter. Furthermore we will deal with, extreme prejudice, any even suspected of being associated with them. The orderly running of things will continue. We will not have to live in fear our loved ones getting ubducted and sold off somewhere in the underdark.

*tacked up next to Daishar's addition*
On top of that they've pretty much publically stated at this point their aims are total domination of the island through any means necessary including slavery and necromancy. It is nice to know that you generals took time off from sleeping with each other to take notice of the island around you again, but you're information is rather outdated.

*her agent delivers to Rose the public response and she shakes her head*
I guess they don't know the difference between circumstantial evidence, witnesses -willing- to testify and what I have here...*looks down at the scroll* hard evidence. ..dismissed Spite...see what else you can find out. I also have something else they don't...the means to do something about it.
*a hooded figure blending with the shadows puts his right fist palm inward on his chest in Horsemen salute and steps back bowing into the shadows and out of sight*
