Arzira reads the letter in her hands beside a roaring fire in her room.
"Finally!" She exclaims. She seems entirely oblivious to the fact that the letter is written in crayon, as well as the fact that it had addressed her as a 'sir', so eager she is to continue on with business.
She pulls herself out of her chair and quickly makes her way to her desk. She pulls out her feather pen, dips it in ink, and immediately begins scribbling,
Dear Lt. Marshal Goodman,
I accept your offer to assist. You can likely find me in the tower in the living city of Tarkuul, as that is where I spend much of my time these days. We can discuss cost estimates there, as well as exactly what kinds of golems you can construct and what materials are required to produce them.
You can identify me as the lady in red and gold.
-Sincerely, Arzira Phetoril
She places the letter in a small scoll case, bearing the mark of a circular symbol depicting a swirling image of eight orbs. She attaches the return address to the case, and has it shipped off.
