Postings are left on message boards in Cordor, Brog, Uhm, Warftown, Kohlingen, Wiltun, Guldorand, the Mill, Bendir Dale, Nes'ek and Winya, but only if Taern has received permission from the ruling body or a representative there-of, after they have read a copy. ((if none would be given, post OCCly below and I'll remove the city from the list))
Fellow Strategists,
Since the day I arrived on this island one thing has been abundantly apparent; there is a woeful lack of discipline and forethought on much of Amia. Save for a select few communities, what law is found either fails to protect its citizenry adequately or even goes so far as to make allowances for what most sane folk would see as a clear danger.
Continuing my travels across Amia and the surrounding isles, I came to realize that while the Lady of Strategy holds many followers here, they are largely scattered. With no place to call home or to pay homage to our Lady, not only are those already here on Amia left wandering, but any who come to the island seeking Her church are left with little recourse. They are forced to stumble across the island, hoping to chance upon a fellow follower of the Red Knight, feeling alone in their faith.
It is with great enthusiasm and dedication that I seek to remedy both situations, to provide a haven of discipline, hard work, and sound law that will serve both to protect its citizenry and to provide a home for the Red Knightâs faithful.
To this end, I invite all followers of the Lady of Strategy to seek me out; that we might speak in person and discuss what I believe will become a common and uniting cause for all of Her faithful on Amia. I have left instructions and payment with Speedy to have any missive to me delivered promptly, or you may seek me out in person in the village of Guldorand.

Anyone who may have been around when the notices were first posted would have noted a man in rather brilliant, dark red armour with highlights of white and gold, approximately six feet in height. A curved blade could be seen at his belt and a tower shield emblazoned with a red chess piece, a knight, slung on his back.
