*People will witness dark robed messengers placing notices around Amia. Each one is placed in a prominant position on public boards. Each notice is refreshed bi-daily and all defaced or destroyed ones removed, unless otherwise requested not to be by the officials of the respective cities*
People of Amia and surrounding Isles.
It has come to my notice that many have been displaced by the recent events in the Mystran Monolith and that some scholarly types (Wizards, Sorcerers etc) find themselves without a place to study.
While I am sad to hear of such chaos breaking out I am happy to offer all the opportunity to study in Tarkuul's Magestri Mortis and/or Library. We have a large library, equal to The Monolith's one, and an active school that offers classes in The Weave.
I invite you all to make use of the facilities we have here and continue your studies in peace and safety.
I look forward to seeing many of you making use of what we have to offer you, Tarkuul is a place of learning and as such we open our doors to those wishing to learn.
Decreed this day by the Speaker of Tarkuul, Cerestan Darkwood.

*The posters placed in Warftown and Uhm have a third message attached*
Advisory! The Cordor Citizen's School should -NOT- be considered as a viable place of study. Current intelligence places it as an elaborate front by the ministry of magic to lure in unsuspecting mages to be used for sinister purposes.

A kobold can be seen wandering around looking at these signs, before his eyes light up and he runs off to send a message.

Null simply shakes his head "Politics..."
he refrains from specifying his own idea, as he agrees with the notices in wharftown and uhm, for several reasons.
He goes to write something but for an utter lack of comment he decides not to. simply wanders off, continuing to shake his head.

*tacked under one of the notices in Uhm, under the note by B.L.A.C.K.*
Actually, if you must know "Field Marshall" the School Fund in this instance is being set up by an independent party with a known history of thievery, murder, and conning who has since proclaimed to have attempted to go legitimate for fear of being turned into a beetle in her next existence. Make of that what you will. The Ministry is playing a broader game.

The notices in Cordor are accompanied by another notice.
Readers,
Be advised that this fund has not yet been approved by the city of Cordor, and any funds donated to this may not be used to support the construction of a school in Cordor, or any other city. It is suggested that all funds be held until this proposal is seen by the city of Cordor and approved.
-Lt. Tarvencia, on behalf of the Cordor Guard.

Blood Storms crimson gaze regarded the notice in her gloved hand. It had started snowing again in Guldorand as she read. Her well controlled features didn't react at all to the notice.
"Perhaps I can provide portal services to those whom can not reach the library on their own." She says to her companion, her tone amused.

All fliers remain up, by a known source: the DM, who mentions that PCs should refrain from doing such ridiculous actions as the one in the above post.

A young drowess reads the postings, tilting her head in curiosity. She doesn't do anything, just yet, but for a moment her eyes go wide...

Cieno glances over the notice in Guldorand, beneath a light snow. Nobody notices his smirk beneath his hood, as his muffled footsteps disappear into the storm. He leaves to meet a certain person, to tell of the news...
