 Recently a former member of the Weave Knights has taken it upon himself to be the center o some contraversy.
This individual known as Sand has been under observation and protection by the Monolith of Mystra, pending an investigation into a supposed lich possession. It was this subject that the administration at the Monolith felt a proper, supervised inspection of Sand was warranted.
On the eve of his fleeing, a cleric was called for to aid a member of the Monolith, subsequently he broke his detention by seeking out members of the Dawnguard, rather than walk downstairs.
When becoming belligerent at the notion of his taking a request to the extreme, he handed in his Weave Knight emblem, cast Time Stop and fled the Monolith. He now holds no ssociation with our organization.
For clarity's sake, the supposed ritual of blood, that was witnessed by the two Dawnguard, was a scrying to determine the location of Headmaster Ulrik.
If there are doubts to the content of this letter, I would be happy to submit to a one of truth to answer questions in this regard.
Doubt and mischief are subtle tools employed by our common enemy. Bare this in mind as we waste time over miscommunicaiton and speculation.
