N'Tel'Quessir,

Given your treatment of one of mine and Corellon's children, I hereby forego all alliances with any faction that seeks to oppose, undermine, equivocate, or stand against my words and actions.

I, and all Ar'Tel'Quessir alike, that have hailed from countless Elven settlements and cities, have done nothing but seek the redemption, and salvation of this Isle's lost ways. Furthermore, I have personally undertook countless life threatening scenarios, not only to help my people as a greater cause, but to ensure the prosecution, execution and eradication of the evils that have been the countenance of this Isles misfortune for centuries past.

Yet you, all in your ignorance. You of the Dale, the City of Tolerance, the Knightdom of Kohlingen, the depths of the Forest, the western coast, and the Northern Desserts and Isles that girth our mainland, have irreperably destroyed and belittled our intentions to the point of indismissable propensities. We are seen as a plague upon this Isle when it is you, who allow those evils to live among you, subsist off your own viral-filled, idiotically idyllic and tolerable lifestyles.

It is you that have brought shame and destruction to this Isle, and your current actions to the greater people that have taken their time and effort to help your menial lives through our sheer philanthropic moral codes have led me to believe it is nothing but an immovable state of ignorance. An ignorance that is unwaivering.

You are all wrong, and all foolishly bedevilled.

Therefore - Those who I respect, and those that follow my lead that is lead by Corellon and the Elven Pantheon itself, will be manifesting our efforts into constructing a new home. For it is all your fault that you have forced us to be despised amongst our own people in Winya Ravana and have given us the sanctity of damnation from our fruitless ambivalence.

I will not let you know where this construction of a new sanctuary of the Elven Ways will be made. But I am letting you know that my allegiances to you all are foregone, and that I no longer care for any of you.

I will fight with a vengeance against those that strike my people, and that vengeance may include your very livelihood that you subsist from. Farmlands, water supplies, traded goods, theists and loremasters will be destroyed at any given whim. They will be threatened.

And this will continue until that day that you realise the necessity of the strength of the Ar'tel'Quessir.

May the Elflord bless each and every one of you.

Elder Meldrium Verafend.

"I'll not stand in your way. But I'm not aiding you either, nor will any of the War Knights. If any elven knights under my command wish to go, they can, but only by choice of their free will. I won't have my men or woman coerced into such actions. But be warned. Attacks upon settlements already existing to create your sanctuary will bring about appropriate responses from us. In simple terms, do what you like. If you leave us alone, we will leave you alone.

This is the offical stance of the Order of the Flaming Blade. Do what you like, we won't get in the way. Though it's quite clear why this is being done.

"So your leaving because your little buddy Qirlan got the booted for turning on his people? Because you can no longer munipulate those of Winya to your whim hmmm?

Do what you like. It won't work. It took forces far more influential then you to bring Winya to what it is. People far more liked and followed by many more then you. Run away. Its what your kind does best Mel.

Terrorist.

Know that you will know no support from the Ruathym Monolith at all, and know that your threats against Farmlands, Trade goods and non-combatants will be recognized as cause for immediate neutralization by any and all means nescessary to preserve life.

Know that you WILL be hunted down, and know that you will be stopped at all cost, even if it should mean my own life. I will die before I let the likes of you endanger the innocent.

I will give you the chance to surrender, however and seriously consider gathering all who would join you to travel to Evermeet, or to lands away from these. Otherwise, and I know full well I risk great blasphemy, those who aid you and those who knowingly support you and your agenda shall not know shelter nor peace at the Monolith.

Is this what the Elves have come to? Threatening terrorist actions for others wanting the defeat of a child murderer and a known terrorist? Wow. One must wonder if I would have been a better servant of Bane by just following what creatures like you do, supposed 'Elder'. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. If this makes me n'tel'quessir, then so be it. I would rather not be an Elf than support your terrorist actions and propoganda. I pray Corellon sees you for what you are and takes proper action against you. Good day.

P.S. Any attempted harm on children will not be tollerated. You will be put down. So muzzle yourself before you get into more trouble than you can dig yourself out of, rabid dog.

You do not, nor will you ever, speak for THIS ar'tel'quess, so cease saying you do this instant.

Any who feel threatened or who are harmed by you if they have done no evil, will have my assistance in seeking redress from Vilmandel, or Evermeet as necessary. I /will not/ allow my people to be seen as bullies because you are too frightened to accept that sometimes we must accept that other races can and will work with us, and you are too afraid to change.

We must change, or perish. With every race comes change in its time, even for us. We can maintain what we are while complementing the world and people around us. Being superior is /not/ the same as being alone. If we cannot exist WITH others and maintain our superiority, it doesn't exist.

Stop cowering behind traditions that no longer work. Stop cowering behind the /wrongful/ actions of one elf that brought about /justified/ ire from the people of the isle. Stop being a coward, and be an elf, for the sake of the Seldarine.

Elder Meldrium:

You're an evil, untrustworthy idiot who completely forgot his word to attempt more diplomatic relations with your neighbors when given the opportunity to kneel down and love on Qirlan's stave. For being the most noble race, you sure do threaten noncombatants a lot. You and the Lolthlites should hang out.

Good luck where ever you go and please don't come back.

You follow him blindly, like a child does a mother or father. Elders are supposed to be wise. Show your people and the peoples of Amia that you posses wisdom. Think for yourself.

I do not believe any of you wish to seek a solution to my objective. You all stand idle, waiting in opposition, hoping, in a schadenfreudic manner, that someplace, some innocent Human, peasant, or child will be struck down so as you have reason to strengthen your opposition against me.

This is the way of you Humans. You eagerly anticipate destruction in order to fulfill your meaningless lives with a temporary salvation.

Thank the gods that's not the height of arrogance or anything Meldrium. You have done little to prove anything you have been trying to tell people. All you and Qirlan seemed to believe is that people that are born of creatures with a tendency to evil will be evil, and yet there are many examples that prove that this is not always the case. Heaven forbid people my treat others based off the actions of individuals rather than as a race. So unreasonable of them I know. Too bad we all can't be arrogant sun elves that think they are the gods gift to the world.

The Peacock wrote:

For someone who claims intelligence and wisdom and greatness of race, you are a blind old fool. You really should have been put out to pasture, or maybe out of his misery. Winya took notice of your people because of the actions of your people and the impact it was having on Winya's relations with the island. Don't try to foist the actions of renegade elves off on others because you are afraid to face reality. Own your own handiwork. Qirlan chose to do what he did and he reaped the consequences as dozens of people warned him would eventually happen. It is hardly our fault if you are so blind to the warnings of others.

Dear readers, don't be fooled into thinking this isn't a threat. Meldrium is a senile and deluded old fool. His targeting of people he views as striking against his people is him essentially saying that he will if he so chooses attack anyone that opposes or takes negative action against the Sun Elves. If you read the above notice he seems to think EVERYONE that isn't a Sun Elf has already done such.

*then tacked under his latest note*

A solution? The only solution you seem to want is that we all bow to your wishes and listen to your teachings. People are not your slaves or drones they owe nothing to you except for misery and inconvenience you have brought them through your actions. I wonder why everyone has this "Unreasonable" dislike of you? Hell I'm not waiting for you to do something to build my case against you. I hate you, period.

That said I do not believe you are a force of evil, just a misguided force of good, which can be just as bad. Hence why unless you take action against me or mine I have no inclination or desire to hurt you. The same applied to Qirlan, who despite how much I hated him I never actually raised a finger against and several times aided in minor ways his crusade against his enemies.

The problem with both of you and too many other elves is you automatically assume that a lack of open support or a disagreement with method makes everyone your enemies. If you bothered to try a little diplomacy and educated outreach, you might actually have allies beyond the company of your own overinflated egos.

Dear Children,

Given my proposition, my formation of treaty, my regret in observation and my solitude of execution - I cannot seem to fathom, let alone comprehend, the sheer audacity and ignorance in all the responses I have read.

You may call me a fool. You may call me a seed of evil. You may, if you so wish it, call me a Drow. I will not fight a war with tongues tanaciously tipping the point. You have said your peace, and now I shall once again, say mine own.

The acceptance of half-bloods, dragon-bloods, Dhaerow (whether half, quarter, one-sixteenth), Demon-bloods, and outsiders within, on, and around the surface should not, and will not be tolerated by me, nor any other Quessir that will stand with me. It shouldn't be that way with the rest of you! However, granted you are N'Tel'Quessir, and granted the entire well-being of Amia rests in my capable hands, I shall have you all forgiven for such incompetence.

However, if and when I see such tolerance and obeisance clad you all in a silken tail of merriment and 'peace' with any such forbidden races, if ever I see one strike against that of a Quessir for doing the workd and deeds of Corellon Larethian, if ever there is a number or reward placed on the head of one of our own, including myself, then I shall most regretfully, but with a vengeance truer and more thorough than Sheverash himself - make my mark on your livelihood.

Know this well, and do not think it but a trick. This is the work of myself and the appointment of the better people.

Point the first: "fathoming" and "comprehending" are the same thing. Ergo, if you cannot do one, you certainly cannot do the other.

Point the second: Cease your hubris as to think you could outdo a god of the Seldarine at anything. Should the Night Archer strike your self-glorifying backside to the ground, it would be well-earnt.

Point the third: Less talking, more leaving. Winya will be a much more welcoming place without you and yours there. I might even be able to stomach a visit.
