*A few notes tacked up along well travelled roads*

It is with growing concern that the Chapel of Shaundakul observes the increased violence along the roads as well as build up towards full-scale war between various faiths and factions. The Chapel wish to make clear that it does not partake in any of theese conflicts, and that the following proposed articles to limit harm towards non-belligerents are aimed at any and all of the participants in current conflicts.

To protect the property, dignity and lives of innocents, the Chapel strongly encourages individuals and factions that partake in conflicts to observe and respect the following articles:

1) Do not carry out indiscriminate attacks on Towns, Villages and Settlements that contain a large proportion of civilians.

2) Limit the use of violence as much as possible on well travelled roads to avoid harm towards honest travellers.

3) Respect the property, dignity and lives of trade caravans, explorers, loggers and others who may unknowingly stray into areas where combat takes place.

4) Protect, and abstain from harming, robbing, capturing or otherwise harass refugees who flee from areas where combat takes place.

The Chapel trust that the wisdom and honour of those who partake in current conflicts will lead to respect and adherence to theese articles, so that the brutal and horrible effects of war will be a less of a heavy burden on honest travellers and innocent civilians alike.

In the Helping Hand we trust.

The statement of the above person is incorrect.

The Order of the Flaming Blade, Amia's offical branch of the Tempurian Church, fully supports these implacements. War is needed by man, but slaughter, vandalism, raiding of properties, rape and other foul deeds regularly associated with War by those who would not shoulder the burdens of their actions, are not welcomed at all.

The Church of Tempus supports any policies put in place to limit the aspects of War held up Garagos. War is not slaughter.

*posted in response among several of the notices on roads leading towards the forest*

Do not let these charlatans and pretenders cloud your judgement: war is war. They will offer you reasons for their cowardice, attempting to leash the chaos that engulfs these lands as to gain higher standing with their peers. They will offer you the reasons for their descent into barbarism - that a purpose washes away clean all the deeds they have and will commit. A certain someone as of late had such a purpose, which justified the kidnapping and killing of children. This did not make him any more right.

So I say to you, oh wary reader, protect yourself! These fools, these pretenders, these murderous thieves will all use a false kindness and weighted words to win your hearts, and when convenient, the weight of their swords through them.

You are merely pawns in the eyes of these corrupt institutions that can barely support their own bloated weight - do not let them use you as such. Send them into the service of their deceitful gods, for they will never help you. Only themselves.

You realize you question a man who has simply asked for safe travel on the roads? Is that such a monstrous request? Perhaps constant conflict has made you bitter to the neutral stance of simply keeping roads a safe place.

*On reading these, Vaelmith nods*

I formally agree with these, and will on agreement with the Headmaster of the Mystran Monolith, ensure these articles are respected and adhered to by the Weave Knighst.

History is not written by who is Right, but by who is LEFT.

War is ugly, let it not make monsters of noble men, beasts of the bold.

Cease your slings and arrows, Lay down the swords and spears.
Lest a blade be forged so large that it will crush the land beneath it.

You have all been warned.

A lone wanderer strides past one of these notices and takes a moment to digest the words adorning the paper.

"There is no honor in war." he mutters in contempt and with a snort he tears it free of the signpost.
