A human named Crow is seen posting notices in common in Cordor, Bendir Dale, Guldorand and one in Ultrinnan (just cuz)
They read: I am offering (to the highest bidder) a beautifully cut blue gem enchanted with spells of a nature related to water. Interested individuals may find me (Crow) easily enough, as I shall check these notices regularly over the next week. Minimum opening bid is 50,000 gold pieces, with increases of 25,000 or more for this wonderful sapphire that is fully charged.
Description: This beautifully cut sapphire has five runes carved on its surface. The largest resembles a cresting wave, and each of the others seem to resemble water in other forms. When rubbed, each can generate a water-based effect.
Charges: 50
Weight: 0.3
Special Properties:
Use: Drown
Use: Ice Storm
Use: Melf's Acid Arrow
Use: Mestil's Acid Breath
Auction closed, thank you for your interest, Crow
//Sorry for no pic, I'm not good with this stuff
