Dear Miss Oliver,
As the local representative for the Gnomish Weaponcrafting and Safety Guild, I regret to inform you that shipments of weaponry from Lantan are not possible at this time. I have been assured that the investigation into the 'incident' will absolve the Trade and Merchant Guild of any wrongdoing, and the Elven fleet currently blockading our harbors will return to Evermeet soon.
As a temproary mesure I can direct you to the local Engineering Guild at the Gomish Testing Range. They inform me that they are very close to perfecting the Hellball Launcher, and can be ready to deploy within the year. There may be other projects in the works that would suit your needs, so please don't hesitate to contact the Head Engineer personnaly.

//Gond and Oghma restrict technology like that, was my thinking, tbh. I don't see HET entering Amian warfare anytime soon. We got rid of 'bombs' for the same reason.
