A small boost to Constitution (+1 Con)
Made of soft fibers for sneaking and hiding. (+5 Hide and MS)
A Darkness Spell enchantment, can be cast once per day. (Darkness 1/use per day)
A spell of Rogues Cunning is also enchanted, can be cast once per day. (Rogues Cunning 1/use per day)
This item seem to have an affanity towards those of a darker or chaotic persona. Those who work within' he shadows and take part in darker deeds may appreciate this item. (Restricted to TN, CN, LE, NE, CE)
Would prefer to sell this to a follower of the Shadows, and I don't mean Shar, but will part if enough money is offered.
