The ever growing threat of the banite horde gathering on the horizon, has led my organisation to put down certain messures to ensure that thier power is hampered, from now on we will closely monitor any transaction and dealings with worshippers of bane. To asses any parties involved and what power the banites recived from it.

We strongly suggest that you do not trade any items to the banites, if this cannot be achived a representative of my organisation will try to negotiate with you to fasilitate your immidiate stop of trading with the banite faith.

We hope in the spirit of goodwill and love for a free world, where free trading among all people are valued, will be enchanced by the inititative our organisation has undertaken, and we wish the best of luck and waukeens blessings upon the merchants who abide by this code of conduct.

*a darkly shrouded dwarven figure reads one of the notices and lets out a raucous laugh*

"What a bleedin' twit. Thinkin' ter enforce an embargo on His mighty church. Like we'd be dealin' wares with their silly lot anyhow. The Church knows how to get what it wants."

*he leaves a message attached to any more notices he might find: it appears to be a piked head with a Triadic helmet on it. Below the sketch of the piked head is found the words:*

"Follow ye not the path of the 'Shadowguard' unless ye wish to receive the same fate."

Galia notices a sign on her while she is training and cold smileplays across her face. She could be heard saying to herself

"Fear..... The Isle is rank with it"

Before departing to continue in her training.

A children's doll appears on the message board in the merchant hall, with a small black fist in cloth, sown to it's rear. A small piece of paper is strapped over it's belly.

Don't become Bane's puppet, his fist is a might uncomfortable!
