::It's a merry and cheerfully morning in Cordor! The seagulls, when not shot down by crossbowmen, squeak over the ocean. Today is a WONDERFUL DAY!:: ::At Cordor south, a small fishing boat sets out for the day, maybe attempting to break the Record from last week? . Either way; as they sail out from the marina, one of the sailors see something...:: -"Oy; what's that?" Said the first. -"Dunno; Might be one of those jellyfishes... Poke it with the oar." Said the second. -"Ueee... It stinks mate; I ain't poking any holes in that thing!" Said the first. -"Wait; that's no jellyfish...Bloody hell; That's the bloke that were making the Petition!" Said the second; with a gasp! -"Holy hells! Call the guard! There's a dead guy in the water, and he STINKS!" Said the first; Holding his nose! ::And the fisherman's keen eye were right; It was indeed Mr. Viktor Anderson. He seemed to have met his end with a dagger in his back; despite the degree of decomposition, he was still holding a rather chocked expression upon his face:: ::As he's brought up on land, one of the guards lean forward and notice something peculiar... There's a piece of paper stuffed in his mouth, it reads:: -"ENEMY OF THE STATE!" ::Viktor Anderson was permanently ...dead:: //This post has been given the DM Aproval Stamp; By Yossarin |

Lomir Ayloud is soon on the scene, as any good freelance reporter should be. Questions are asked, people are interviewed and notes are taken, if possible. Unless the guards aren't convinced by a quick grin and a flash of his business card, the man in the blue coat goes around and makes his investigations and inquiries, gathering up whatever information can be found. |

It's a chill morning. The few seagulls, those who dare to show themselves, squeak above the slumbering city. There's something amiss though. Rumours have spread during the night, that the murder at the docks had taken an unexpected turn. Apparently, It had been more planned than anybody would have thought. The dagger, stuck in the deceased man's back, had not been the killing weapon. Strangely, the guards had missed the enormous HOLE in the deceased man's chest. Apparently, he had been impaled by a Greatsword or gigantic pole.. What is even MORE amiss, is that he did not die by that either. There would have been blood sprayed across the street, would his heart have been beating at his death, but the lack of that made no sense. ...He had been electrocuted. That was the main cause of death, and obviously, getting impaled and backstabbed helped the process a lot. His heart had stopped beating; And the edges around the hole in the chest were scorched and showed signs of high burn. ...Evidence point towards a enchanted Greatsword or pole ... Either way; it's the latest gossip around town; and some townspeople narrow their eyes towards the adventurers... //Gotten the DM stamp of aproval for this. |
