-a body of a dwarf can be found in the valley, covered in webbing. From the looks of it if examined closely, precision cuts made with a handaxe can be seen. As well in a large mural upon its armor, a spider with an hourglass can be found upon it. A note is left with the body-

Let this be a warning to all who would Harm the queens children. You have been warned, death will come swiftly to those.

*A lone elf with a well worn bow comes across the body on a patrol through the valley. Though not as woods wise as some of his kin, he makes a thourough search of the area for additional clues and where the attack took place. He then easily picks up the unfortunate dwarf and heads to the nearby Salandran shrine. The note on the body is left pinned ot the ground along with another by an expensive black laquered arrow.*

Cowards one and all, your warning is wasted preying only upon the weak and unprepared. Keep to your holes from which you hide from the light. You have been warned.

Rizzen, during his new routine of running and exercising that involves running around the perimeter of the shrine of Eilistraee, including the Shekat Valley, misses the display but sees the note.

"Ah, the spiderkissers. It is a pity they keep clinging to ruins of a city and refuse to see that their 'Queen' is losing power. They do not even know that Shekats, like Araneas, are not spiders the likes of those who would be children of their 'Queen'. Such ignorance.

Ah, Eilistraee... what use is their 'superior' intellect if they cannot even see the difference between a 'bug' and sentient spider?"

He picks up the note and takes it to Jud'Vardas at the shrine, hoping that whoever was made victim to the drow's misplaced wrath is alive and well.
