The following note is delivered to one of the gaurds on duty at the citadel, with strict instructions to deliver it to a member of the ruling council:
"To whom it may concern,
Kin, my business partner and I have been frequenting the keep as of late on mining expeditions as well as making attempts at stimulating outside trade for our brethren. I find it imperative to arrange a meeting with the council to discuss the possible benefits of making some policy changes and having a more welcoming attitude towards outsiders.
We feel that with the changes we have in mind, the dwarven kin can be much more prosperous and powerful.
