Posters start to appear in several towns. Those of Bendir, the Trivium, the Sanquary of Sin, a few outside the gates of Codor and Kohlingen. Warftown, Uhm and even in the Underport, merchenary camp and Tarkuul. Also in Wiltun and the towns of the north.
The posters read with ornate blue lettering.
'Bards of the lands! Tellers of stories, singer of songs, skalds of poetry! Put forth your tallents once more and gather together for Toag's Festival of Bardic Taunts!
Yes that's right, a bardic festival themed to sting. Dazzle the audience with sharp with and pointy comments, bring forth the humour we all love best and revel in it. Not a bard and need a good time, do by all means come. No hard feelings here just good fun, free drinks and free food.
I your host Toag Finnegan, have arranged the exotic location of Tarkuul itself for this feast. Don't worry there's little to fear say sand in your boots!
So come and gather and come enjoy!
I've had no objections from our gracious host to who is to come, provived ofcourse ones manners are kept. Thus at the time of feasting I'll happily provide passage to the living city.
((Going to be held in week 52. 21to27 dec probably if convinient. Just post when you can and I'll post a fixed date later this week or early next))

Josyalynn sees one of the posters and jumps for joy.
"What a way to spread the word of my mistress, in a place that -needs- it so desperately!" then she stops and ponders a moment. "How in Faerun am i to get there? I have never been able to enter that portal in the swamp."
She leaves a note on as many posters as she comes across to inquire as to how her entry can conceivably be arranged and heads back to the Temple of Love to pray for Lliiras' aid in this festival of song and poetry.

A Hin reads the notice in Wharftown and tears it down after reading where it's taking place. She tears down any others near it and tosses them in the trash.
Later in the day, while in Bendir Dale, she does the same thing. She tears down the posters she sees, trashing them.
She's seen saying to Jayek, the Paladin Merchant, in Bendir Dale after tossing them out:
Undead loving freaks bringing their bloody posters where they don't belong... Look the other way if I catch whoever it is doing it again, Jayek, I might have to put boot to face...

Andrew scowls when he finds a poster, pulling a few down from the Kohlingen gates, confident the guards wouldn't mind. He doesn't get that far, though.
Murdering bastard. I'd almost go to Tarkuul if I...

Near all posters hung previously are replaced with new ones. Say none are near Kohlingen nor are those in Bendir replaced, rather they are tactfully hung outside of Bendir ground.
This time though several also appear in the desert Djedet, in the cave to Ultrinnan and the small settlements of Ruathym.

New posters are spread throughout the lands and this time next to their original message they now also read...
