I am buying certain type of shields, ones that DO NOT create resistance to Arcane Magic. I am interested in any type of shield that can do this.
Please contact me via Speedy's.

Check out your local forge. Standard unenchanted shields do not resist arcane magic at all.

I have purchased a fine shield of this kind, and no longer require any more.
