A notice is put up in the Temple of Waukeen and on public notice boards in other surface cities.
I have heard rumours that magical rings dedicated to Sharess, the Princess of Passion, have been found in distant places and lost hoards. I will purchase any such that are brought to me at the Shrine of the Lady in the Cordor bath house for the sum of 20,000 gold Cordorian crowns each until further notice, or leave a message with contact information at Speedy's.
I will also pay 25,000 gold Cordorian crowns each for rings of Sheela Peryroyl or Shialla.

*An elegantly penned note is sent to Xaviera through Speedy's from the Tower of Mystra.*
Ms. Xee,
Recently I have received into my possession one of these enchanting rings that you deem so worthy to acquire; a ring of of the lady Sharess. If you would like to contact me for it, I can be reached at the Mystran Monolith. Just send a notice directly to the office of Archcouncilor Harrik Lugh.
Cordially,
Lady Jarah Nolan, Wizardess of Mystra

In light of unspecified recent events, Xavi ups her offer for a ring of Hanali Celanil to 35,000 Cordorian crowns. All other offers remain the same.

A note is sent by return mail to Sir Cyrus advising him that Xaviera may usually be found in either Cordor's main square or its bath house. She looks forward to purchasing this ring for the price stated on the posters (ie. 25K).

Old notices are torn down and new ones put up.
Let it be known,
I will purchase any magical rings dedicated to Sharess, the Princess of Passion, that are brought to me at the Shrine of the Lady in the Cordor outskirts for the sum of 30,000 gold Cordorian crowns. Those interested may also leave a message with contact information at Speedy's.
I will pay the same price for rings of Sheela Peryroyl, Eilistraee, Sharindlar, or Bast.
