Dear Mighty Speaker

Be it known that usstan am sending an envoy to dost city, to negotiate the terms and conditions of goods and chattels of the bipedal variety that dos have offered to supply to L'Obsul.

We require the supply of said goods on a regular basis and Usstan think dos will find our offer....most generous. We hope that dost legions can capture and deliver the required quantity of chattels from the Surface, delivered to our agents in Frozenfar for we need a steady supply of goods for our Altars.

Usstan trust dos will treat our agent with courtesy and diplomacy worthy of respect.

Lurking and watching,

Ilivarra Vin'taelhess
Amorphous Annihilator
Temple of Ghaunadaur
