Recently, I have aquired a rare item known as "Sands of Time", which is rumoured to be able to stop and start time. After aquiring it from a merchant, I realised I have no use for it, as I am an Evokanist.
So, I am selling this rare item starting at 25,000 Gold coins, minimum of 5000 gold increase, offers will end in three days.
I look forward to your bids
~Jaco the Pyromancer
(Offers end Thursday 9pm GMT)

the Sands of Time components are avaliable at one of the merchants in the Mystran Monolith, not sure who told you how "rare" it is.
