*the following note is placed in several surface areas of the isle, outside of Cordor, the Shrine, Bendir, and Kholingen* Greetings to all! The followers of the Dark Maiden would like to announce plans for a celebration and meet to be held at the Shrine of Eilistraee on ((Oct. 25th)) at the time of ((5 PM CST/GMT -6))! We invite those whom follow the Maiden, and those who are interested in learning of Her, to come join us for education, celebration, and discussion of the faith. A hunt will also be likely held. The Shrine of Eilistraee *Note: Guests are expected to follow our rules: Leave violence and prejudice outside. We do reserve the right to eject guests for misbehaving. |

Under whatever notice the Banite message would have been posted, a heavy page of vellum lined with diamond-shaped iron studs is fastened to it with a tarnished silver dagger. A grotesque smiling face is featured on the pommel of the blade's worn leather-bound handle, and the message would seem to be written in the blood of some pack animal Bring friends, and with friends, the preparations for sweet partings. A silver dragonkin drow woman, a baby in her arms and two small drow children at her sides, reads the notices; at reading Darthion's, she sidles a bit closer to the blonde elf man beside her. I don't know, Cometer...I don't know if I should. He shakes his head, smoothing her hair back, wrapping an arm around her small waist. Nonsense, El. I've told you before, I'll tell you again...I won't let anything happen to you. Especially not by them. You'll go, and celebrate your Lady. Jud's told you over and over, the Guardians won't let anything happen; you'll have me, and Reh will be there. She nods. You're right..I suppose. |

Written directly beneath Darthion's notice, a black-clad human - lacking his left eye - leaves a simple message on behalf of his superiors. We will be sure to keep your base warm in your absense, Banites, while you're off attending the festivities. I'm certain the Blood Moon Orcs would appreciate the clearing of land for a new home, too.

Andrew looks over the note, and instantly decides that Mira shouldn't go. Figuring it'd be futile to convince Melogant otherwise, the normally cheery bard spends a few more hours a day brushing up on his swordplay. |

Jylan, during one of her many sneaking walks, catches glimpse of the notice while passing through the shrine. She stops, looks around for a moment, then materializes from the shadows in front of the notice, lifting her bird-shaped helmet to read a bit better. Jylan: Ooooh. Sounds fun. |

Upon seeing the notice...And the ones underneath...N'aer debates for a minute on whether or not going would be smart. In the end, she decided against staying at home if nothing was happening, even going as far as seeing if Ardalla wished to come. |

Christophan looked at the notice in or near Cordor with a quiet sigh. ~It'd be nice to go but my duties here are important. ~ he thought to himself, hanging his head and quietly making his way back to what he was doing. * * * Vaelmith, on the other hand grinned a little. "If'n m'duties allow I thin' this'd be a gran' old time." he says aloud, if anyone happened to be close by. |

As the days get closer and as misfortune would have it, Jylan discovers she may not be able to satisfy her curiosity over the coming meeting. // Unless the event continues to take place two hours after starting (which I doubt it will), I'm not gonna make it. // Work is from 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. I thought I had it made. |

*had been babbling away excitedly to Andrew who continued to seem worried but had been trying to lift his spirits as she'd tugged him along with her to go and gather various fabrics for the creation of a garment for the night. She seemed rather pleased overall and any who spotted the sky blue elf with cobalt locks, would have noted she was positively brimming with excitement* //praying I get done with what I have to in order to come. Mel would not wish to miss this barring a fatal accident with family. |
