Quote:
"Citizens of Cordor,

While you work dilligently to protect yourselves and ensure your safety with the recent culling of Seagulls, your health is still at risk. Here is a list of Do's and Don't's to protect your goodhealth.

Do: Remove the bodies quickly. Allowing corpses to remain in city walls will promote, fester, create, and spread illness.

Do: Remove seagull corpses with rags or other unwated material. Bury or Burn your kills.

Do Not: Throw the kills into the sewers. This will promote, create, and spread illness by feeding the disease ridden rats which can carry diseases without being affected.

Do Not: Throw the kills into the water. This will promote, create, and spead illness in your water supplies and shore-fishing catches.

Do Not: Feed your kills to family pets. Your household companion doesn't want to get ill either.

Together Strong, Together Healthy.

Remember: A dead seagull is as bad as a live rat.

Weston sticks the flier up in plain sight of the guard hoping it will garner a faster response to the city cleaning up it's streets than writing a letter to the commonwealth about the problem.

His last tally was over a half-dozen corpses left around the streets with flies and maggots starting to show. He could only imagine the outbreak of disease if something wasn't done soon.

Meantime, after signing and placing the poster, he does himself go around the streets voluntarily removing the seagull bodies wrapping in poor-quality capes to keep himself protected. These he takes out of the city and buries as deep as he can dig near a natural rockface so wild animals won't come around to dig up the food.

Seeing this notice, Warrick nods in approval and does his part, following the instructions to deal with Seagull corpses and find a suitable place to burn them.

As word spreads of Cordor's gathered efforts of killing all seagulls, and finally reaches Darthion, anyone who frequently travels the road alongside Bendir Dale could overhear him in a dialogue, stating:

"They're killing off the entire seagull population? Oh... I am impressed. Who could ever imagine that Cordor would be such a formidable embassy of destruction and hatred.

The Lord of Darkness is pleased."

*a small additional note is tacked on beneath the long official type poster*

Remember, if you blow up seagulls, you're still expected to clean up the mess.

Thrown into another fit of giggles after reading the note, Eir makes a mental note to kick all flying critters he find dead, into the harbor.

Weston spots this act of discrepancy while going to board the sea vessle from Cordor's harbor to Wiltun's shores. He back-tracks down the gangplank not even caring who Eir is as he strides over. Weston himself being a human in his mid twenties and a bit short for one, only just above the height of a tall elf at 5'4''.

He looks at the person and says very seriously and in a reprimanding tone:
"Daft fool! Off to poison the fish and the people? I'll call the city guard on you if you don't get from my sight," being able to tell the act was intentional [high natural Wisdom].

The vessle leaves without Weston, who cares little about needing to wait two or more hours for the next ship. He'll need to find something to get that seagull corpse out of the water anyways first.

*giando walks through cordor every once and a while. when he sees a dead seagull he makes sure to use some scraps of cloth and carry the thing outside the city and burn it. theres no real way for a small fire to cause any harm when done outside in the open hills*
*when he sees westons poster he checks to make sure no vandalism has been done and then continues on his duty*

Nelene and Ein take some time to vaporize the sea gulls..whatever was in them has already had time to spread, better to erase the husks. The dragon-kin blasts them with fire, and the tiefling grinds the bones into dust. Nothing remains save a fine powder.

Weston persists to pick up the occassional seagull carcass left around still and make sure it's cleaned up in a sanitary manner being a traveler through Cordor almost daily.
