People of the Amian Islands and it's surrounding area.

Would you like to have your wares consumed at the forthcoming Shadowflame party? If so, I am seeking brewers of fine alcohol and cooks to supply me with a range of beverages and foodstuffs for consumption at the forthcoming party.

I will buy your wares to supply our guests with refreshment, -at a sensible price-.

A notice is posted up in the same curvy hand writing that glistens like peering into a fire agate from the Flame Within the Shadow Tournament posters just below all of Meta's posters.

~ ATTENTION ~

Let it be known! Shadowflame is now opening their doors for application by all -good- aligned dragons. Be ye' gold, silver, copper, or bronze, know that you can find safe harbor and a place to call home within our manor. We are a strong military faction that has spent years to ourselves in training and in hording of rare trinkets and gems. Our years of being neutral is draining even us that stand strong today. If interested please fill out an application and send it back to the Shadowflame Manor addressed to a member of the monarchy.

Upon examining the bottom of the poster you notice small cuts like little chunks of paper all across the edge. If you run your finger over one you feel as though a small bubble is around it. Once a piece is yanked off, slowly that piece grows larger and a full application rests in your hands. The application information is seen below:
