*the papers appear tacked to major notice boards of winya, khem, cordor, kohl, wiltun, amia forrest, and forstakkr* Seeking those with Knowledge of the Arcane I, Rikkudai Balgar-Khanan, wish to meet with a scribe, a crafter of wands, and a brewer of fine alchemical potions. I am seeking wands of haste, perscribed by an arcana with the utmost skill. I have many scrolls, on which Id like higher magic inscribed I wish to purchase several cases of potions, those being, Bulls Strength )150), Cats Grace(150), Endurance(150), True Strike(At least 50), Ghostly Visage(150), and possibly Mage Armor(150).
