Attention to all that would hear.
It has come to my attention that a "fat banite" has been spotted in the Quagmire Swamps claiming the land belongs to Bane. Let it be known that the land of the Mercenary Camp, Quagmire Swamps and Outlying Passages through that area are under protection of a joint alliance between the Tempurians and the Red Lizard Clan. We have had an understanding with these creatures for many years, and will fulfill our end of the bargain if these lands are fully anexed by such forces. These lands belong to the lizard tribes, and no one else. Attempts to claim such lands will be met by full military force.
