An illustration is added, showing a picture of an orc seeing the poster, then getting someone nearby to read it for them, and once read the orc is happy.

"To the auctioneer,
I would like to know two things before I consider:
Firstly a name.
And Secondly why you are auctioning an Orcish ring to the filthy pink skins the deity opposes.
Gor."

You may of course have a name, even that of one that holds the ring - Iiyola. The reason that I am selling to those is that they are offering more - if those of green skin wish to protect that which was made in their gods' names, they should bid.

Slifer walks by the poster, examines the new orc picture, and smiles happily to himself.

"Very well Iioyola,
My first assumption is that you are Drow because any pink skinned pointy ear would have destroyed the ring.
Hence I will trade a ring of the Human god Uthgar and thirty thousand standard trade currency to ensure the ring of my people's deities are not abused by such filth.
Gor."

Ibseth,
While I thank you for the compliment, the Ring of Uthgar is worth more than thrice the monetary compensation you are willing to grant for it.

-in return he writes a simple note-
You may have gold, and a selection of various rings including the uthgar. All you need do is set up an appropriate meeting for such.

Place a bid saying the amount of gold, and the number of deity rings, and I shall place you as highest bidder thus far.

Gor, kindly avoid bidding in increments less than one thousand -I let the last slide, but one gold increase is extremely poor in taste.

Domovoi, your sarcasm (forgive me if it was not sarcasm and merely a lack of wit on your part) is not at all appreciated.

I clearly stated that I wished for no increments less than one thousand. That and the fact that the bid was not accepted should be sufficient information to answer your question.

"Dear Auctioneer,
You, good bidder, clearly did not state a minimum bid amount thus you are making a fool of yourself by actively changing your mind.
So according to the rules of your auction, which I have provided with an original copy, my bet is still valid in all sense. But because your obviously a Noble Drow who can't accept you are wrong, I will play your game and abide by your childish rules.
Sixty one thousand and a ring of Uthgar.
Gor."

70k, Uthgar. I really want this ring and if the auction closes with me not being the lead bidder I'd pay rather high amounts of gold to get it. ~Sazer

Sazer, should the auction close without you being the top bidder I am unfortunately bound to deliver it to the winner, and you must barter with them. Should I break the rules of the auction, I would immediately be disreputable, and as such would not be trusted in further auctions.
