It has been brought to our attention that members of an organization known as the Black Cloaks, or Black Coats, possibly consisting of pimply teenagers with incredibly inflated egos, may have been involved in an attack on the Cordorian Orphanage, and somewhere long the way, identified themselves as being members of the Lords of War.

We would like to confirm whether this has any truth in it.

We would also like to inform the Commonwealth Guard that if so, the Lords of War has no relationship to the Black Goats, and if it were possible for us to be provided with a list of its membership, will see to it that they receive a most unpleasant welcome into the realm of personal responsibility.

The Lords of War, would like to emphasize that they take no actions inside of Cordor without first seeking authorization from the relevant Ministries, as we intend to foster good relationships with all local governments.

We would like to also inform that we have been suffering from several impersonations, and will be doing our lethal best to ensure such incidents are kept to a minimum.

If the Black Throats have indeed been masquerading as employees or contractors of the Lords of War, and are unavailable in Cordor, we would like to offer, free of charge, an offer to bring back any and all Black Pimples that can be named and described to us. Take note that they might not be in any recognizable shape or form, and may require resurrection.
